Charles H. Spurgeon was one of the greatest preachers of the late-nineteenth century. When asked what he attributed the fruitfulness of his entire ministry to he referenced something he called Boiler Rooms. These were prayer meetings often established in basements that interceded while Spurgeon preached to crowds of thousands above their heads. Spurgeon considered them the power-source of his own ministry.
Prayer is not the least you can do for someone or something, it’s the most you can do.
Come join us every Sunday at 9:30 am for pre-service prayer. This is open to anyone who needs prayer or would like to pray for the church. This prayer gathering will happen in the lounge near the CrossPointe KIDS check in.
